Round  balers  and  square  balers  JUBILAT TWINES JUBILAT twines are a group of products manufactured to celebrate 100-year anniversary  of  Defalin.  Their  superb properties  and  wide  popularity  amongst customers have located them in the  range of most popular products of Defalin.

Packaging process as employed in automatic packaging lines, where both accuracy and duration of strapping are the factors of special importance, require using tapes of extremely high technical qualities.
Applying the new diagonal mollet (marked with „U”) has enabled us to obtain tape of increased stiffness that results in accurate feeding into the opening of strapping automat, while smooth surfaces of both sides of the tape make the feeding easier. Also, these our tapes show the dust emittance reduced by 50% and are distinguished by the decreased friction coefficient as well as by lower crescenty.

The main purpose of DEFALIN company is constant modernization of the products and successful adjusting them to demands of the operators who use agriculture baling presses of many types. We never stop looking for better and more effective way of binding and packing the agriculture products with application of the strapping tapes.

Willing to asssist our customers in choosing the most suitable kind of twine, Defalin decided to give them the following different ID names connected with the products' particular technical parameters, kind of final application as well as kind of baling press required:

Round balers and square balers: HEROS (1000m/kg), GOLIAT (700m/kg), TYTAN (500m/kg), ATLAS (400m/kg),

Big square baler and High Density Press: GIGANT (110 -150m/kg), GIGANT Power in Knot (110-150 m/kg), GIGANT JUMBO (110-150m/kg)

Every finished package of agriculture twine is equipped with a paper label providing all the information on the product, storage demands and ways of use printed in Polish, English, German and French. In order to ensure proper taking out the twine from the centre of a package, the small label START indicates beginnig of the twine. Each package is then wrapped in shrink foil. Next, two of the identical packages are fastened together with PP strap thus making a packet.

Accordingly to the kind of assortment, the twines are placed on wooden pallets of size 1300x1000x150mm or 1200x1000x150mm.

For example:

• HEROS (1000 m/kg; a=2.0kg) is layed in up to 12 layers per 48 pcs., i.e. 504 pcs. per pallet.

• HEROS (1000 m/kg; a=4.0kg), GOLIAT (700 m/kg; a=4.8kg), ROLLER (750m/kg; a=4,8kg), TUR (570m/kg; a=3,5kg), TYTAN (500 m/kg; a=4.0kg), ATLAS (400 m/kg; a=4.0kg) is layed in up to 8 layers per 30 pcs., i.e. 240 pcs. per pallet.

•  GIGANT (110, 130,150 m/kg; a=9,0kg), GIGANT Power in Knot (110, 130,150 m/kg; a=9,0kg) GIGANT JUMBO (110, 130,150 m/kg; a=12,0kg)is layed in up to 6 layers per 20 pcs., i.e. 120 pcs. per pallet.

Full pallets get wrapped in shrink foil. In order to protect the products against impact of negative weather conditions and dampness, each pallet is additionally protected by the black foil covering the top layer of packages as well as by the transparent foil (or a sheet of cardboard) put down on the pallet before laying down the packages.
